Strategic Engagement Events

Helping the right people have the right conversations
to move your organization forward.

Are you looking for ways to get your people on the same page and on board with change? Do you wish you could alleviate the anxiety your people are feeling? Are you wondering how to overcome resistance? In today’s workplace, you need more than buy-in. You need employees to fully understand, actively support, and ultimately own change efforts.

The reality is that even the best strategies fall short of their potential unless the human side of implementation is taken into account. For your strategy to succeed you need your people to understand, accept, and take accountability for key changes and strategic initiatives.

Wendy specializes in designing and facilitating learning events that connect people to their company’s strategy – both emotionally and rationally. By incorporating live interviews, panel discussions, and interactive audience Q&A methods, Wendy ensures your people fully understand your organization’s direction and priorities and actively engage in accomplishing your most critical objectives.

Some examples of Wendy’s Strategy Engagement work includes:

  • Creating and delivering Brand Boot Camps for over 1,000 employees of an online entertainment company.
  • Developing Employee Brand Awareness training for the launch of an independent airline.
  • Designing and facilitating a Women’s Leadership Forum for a global conservation organization.
Wendy has been a trusted advisor to me in both my roles as Executive Director of Brand Strategy at AOL and as Chief of Staff of The Nature Conservancy. At AOL we partnered on a brand identity roll that engaged even the most skeptical entrepreneurial staff and converted them to brand champions. Similarly, at the Conservancy, we created a Women’s Leadership Forum designed to get the organization’s best thinking on gender diversity. Wendy is a master at blending best-in-class research with the thoughtful art of developing powerful, engaging strategic events that serve as a catalyst for change.
