About Wendy Mack
Brief Bio
Wendy Mack is a consultant, author, and speaker who specializes in leading and communicating change. Since founding T3 Consulting in 2001, Wendy has helped dozens of companies such as Northrop Grumman, Freddie Mac, and AOL plan and implement large-scale change initiatives. In addition, numerous organizations such as OSI Restaurant Partners, the U.S. Geological Survey, and ManTech have hired Wendy to create and deliver custom presentations on leading change.
Wendy’s contributions to the fields of change communication and leadership include her 2009 book, Change at the Core, and the popular e-books Transforming Anxiety into Energy and Leading after Layoffs. Wendy has appeared on television and is often cited as a subject matter expert in the press.
