About Wendy Mack

Wendy’s mission is to help leaders at all levels communicate with their people when things are changing so that everyone can move forward with unified focus and energy. Since founding T3 Consulting in 2001, Wendy has consulted with scores of companies on the communication, training and engagement aspects of change initiatives. In addition, she has taught more than 20,000 leaders techniques to engage, align, and energize their people.

Wendy’s extensive experience has taught her this immutable fact about getting people on board with change: conversations generate commitment. In other words, buy-in requires that change leaders connect with, inspire, and engage the individuals and groups whom they wish to influence. The process of engagement can include one-on-one conversations, team meetings, and/or an organization-wide series of events.

Whether working with individual executives or managers, change implementation teams, or internal consultants, Wendy helps to ensure that the right people have the right conversations to move the organization forward.
