Dave Mayer, a professor at the University of Central Florida, just turned me on to an excellent website from The Center for Postive Organizational Scholarship.  The Center, based out of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, is “a community of scholars devoted to energizing and transforming organizations through research on the theory and practice of positive organizing and leadership.”
